| Surf's Up East and West , are beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouses For larger groups such as extended families, they can be rented in conjunction with Surf's Up South. However, they are frequently rented alone. The three properties share a common courtyard with "Hollywood" style pool and tropical landscaping. The combination private pool and close proximity to the beach makes this the perfect spot for anyone desiring a private, serene spot that is convenient to the beach. Surf's Up East and West are two story townhouses with a perfect - in law or roommate floor plan. With two master suites, one upstairs and one down, privacy is assured. Two queen size beds and sleeper sofa provides comfort for six. The living room and dining room are on the 2nd floor. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa and access to the large 2nd floor balcony. Guests can enjoy watching sunsets on the western horizon and the gentle east-west breeze as they relax on the open veranda. The full size kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, the glass top dining table and breakfast bar provides adequate seating for eight. For convenience, there is a television in the bedrooms and the living room. With broad band cable, guests can easily stay in touch with friends and family at home.
